Beginners Yoga Series with July Johnson

Class 2: Standing postures. Building on the foundation we established in class one, we will review sun
salutes and move into standing postures. We will cover some of the common standing poses that
regularly occur in a vinyasa yoga class. As always, modifications will be offered and proper alignment will
be given throughout the class.
