Class 5: Twisting. After reviewing what we’ve learned in our past classes, we incorporate twisting into
some already familiar shapes and poses. We add twisting to the spine as another method to open areas
in the body that are in need of more space. As always, poses are explored in a mindful manner with
attention paid to the individual body, while moving at a beginners pace.
