Class 4: Forward and back bending. We incorporate everything we’ve covered thus far and introduce
additional focus on forward folding and back bending. We will approach the idea of back bending from
an non-intimidating standpoint and realize that we’ve been doing back bends and forward folds all along!
Attention to proper alignment continues to be given and helpful modifications offered so students are
able to move their spines in a safe manner and without adding tension to the lower back.
