Class 1: Sun Salutes. Moving slowly and at a beginners pace, we will cover the foundational sun salutes
(Surya Namaskar A & B) that guide vinyasa flow yoga classes. Attention will be paid to safe alignment
and modifications will be given for tight muscles and restricted mobility. Class concludes with some
gentle stretching and lengthening of muscles where tension is held, allowing the practitioner to relax
and breathe deeply.
