Qigong is a branch of Traditional Chinese Medicine sometimes called "Chinese Yoga." Like Indian yoga, Qigong trains the breath and cultivates power in the legs and core. In this practice we will explore vigorous qigong for dispersing blockages and stagnant Qi. We will also explore Krishnamacharya’s dynamic trikonasana vinyasa krama.
